This is really something pretty amazing.... Regardless how much we educate... our country mates just never learn... Just like any point of the time... We can easily catch many this kind of people around us...

Solution I can think of right now is... should we FINE them? Since Singapore is a FINE city... should we just FINE all those who fail to Q up????
