Bottle Neck

Few days ago... Was it on the 19 or 20? I get pricked by a used needle at work... Was feeling like SHXX~~!!! How can I be so careless.... went for a series of blood test... things like that... made me so tired... The best part was. Dr L didn't take enough blood and I need my PCA to take another tube of blood... Y??? Y poke me so many times... I was asking myself... Anyway this will teach me to be a better nurse in future... pain arhhhhh~~~!!! ha ha ha

22nd, was the Department Party. Went to China Embassy to collect document... sigh... still no much changes for those who work in the embassy... ha ha ha

The AnE party was great... I brought the present for the party and went taka chit chat awhile before i attend the function. After attending the party, really make me feel like... oh... ya... Im part of AnE.. ha ha ha.

Yesterday, Thursday, met up with Ah Mei, my dearest mei mei to get info on Private Degree, I guess I should be getting a degree in Biz. That's wat i wanna dp the most right now.

Friday's AnE still busy... I wonder will I have a chance to blog saying that AnE is EMPTY today... That will be a NEWS if that happen... Going to sleep now, and wake up early for a jog later.


Oh Ya.. Why is it title as bottle neck? Now a days is hard to reduce weight... not as easy as last time... When I 1st join AnE, went staff clinic for check up, I was 85. something KG, get dumped by Pei Ni... things like that... slowly lose weight... now is 75.8kg... like... cannot goes down anymore... my target is 68kg... help, someone help me...~~!!! I need to run run run and run more~~!!!




How? Got slim a bit?? even a bit I will feel great.

Today, 18 Feb 2006, is a day to collect my pink IC... attended a ceremony at YCK grassroot club...

After which, met Jack and Kim... we watched Pink Panther... A funny show... which dun really need to think much about the show..

17-Feb-2006. A very nice weather to SLEEP, ha ha ha...
After my am shift, went back home for a short break.
Evening, meet up with Zikri, Morris, Nan Kor at city hall for dinner, out of the pan, initially i get so called scolded for intro them to eat pok pia at the price about SGD$14. Cos we can eat 14 pieces of pok pia in coffee shop... but after trying, they kinda agree with my intro to this 14 dollars pok pia... much nicer rite? ha ha ha

Went to durian... but realise that there's not too good for us to hang around... therefore we changed to Suntec City convention hall starbuck coffee.

Really a super nice evening to hang out. Cracked so much STUPID jokes... like our Nan kor's CREAM joke... out CUM come and came joke...

Finally, our boss Damien arrived. We had a very nice chat till almost 2am...

After out gathering, Morris and I shifted to Devils... Why? cos I promised my nurses frens to be there...

Devils was having wat morris called MONSTER night... is pretty bastard to say such thing and but I agree with him... is pretty scary there last night... WHY? u guys got to go there and find out urself... but really scary man...

After a short stay in Devils, we made a move... going home..

When I was at the ATM, I still checked if my pandent still there... that one brought from the Feng Sui Master in HK 13 years ago... but when I get back home... I found out that the pandent was missing....

SIgh..... Anyway I'll treat it as... it had protected me somehow...

V day Part 2

Last day of CNY, went out for family dinner, happened to see this GOld arowana, make of 999K gold, ha ha ha, brought one for myself, one for my brother. This is the diff between family man and single guy, no need to pay $$$ on CAR and GF, got more spare cash to spend, ha ha ha.

Actually wanted to buy a new car, but think about if my dad retired and need me to help up in supporting the family... currently, my condo need about 1k plus to maintain... pay all the bills... Therefore I cant get a new car for myself... if I do. when my family need $$$ I cant have it... cos if i sell the car away, i will be still owe bank $$$.

Miss the feeling of driving... wait la. now spend some $$$ each wk to buy ToTo, when I strike, I will buy either RX8 or Fairlady Z350, ha ha ha

Went Ang Bao river after that. A lot of things to see, but nothing much new...

V day.... Not really for Single guy like me, ha ha ha, everywhere couple here couple there. He He.

Work Am shift, had a meeting in AnE after work. Happened to have early dinner or late lunch with QS. At the cafe near SGH, the boss made a speacil cappucino for me leh, ha ha ha, nice or not?

After that, I went to walk around in China town, when I was about to go home, Morris called up and asked if wanna meet up, we went to raffles place. the place got chinese Feng Shui, Wu Xing one... got wat water gate fire gate one... forgotten the name of the place.

realise that place is very good for chilled out, will meet up others to go there next time. Had Ramen there, after that we went Boat Quay for coffee, met Wei Lit there, my BMT mate.

On our way back, saw this big area having V day gathering, lots of couple there watching big screen TV, got a korean movie showing there... that's it.. that's my V day, ha ha ha ha

Somewhere near SGH, very unique place, all the old old houses being renovate and selling away as shop houses or residential use. Some houses's internal look very nice.

3 Min heat~~~????

Iris ever asked me... how come I didn't update my blog lately... is it due to some 3 min heat thingy? actually is NOT... writting blog and jogging, i guess jogging is more tiring... but i still keep up my jogging almost everyday or at least 3 to 4 times a wk.

Before CNY, many things happened, ie, I lost my hearing... well I will lost my left ear hearing, reason? due to a very bad URTI and it get infected all the way, till I have middle ear infection now, fluid cannot drain out, therefore im deaf~~!! Really understand how those deaf pple feel... sickening...

Went fortune telling and learn alot of things about myself... but one thing is... should i follow his advise? wear PINK shirt??? PINK LEH~~~!!! ha ha ha, will see how... maybe will buy one soon. Cos I'm changing... really changing alot..

Recently... Lost my smile at work... maybe is really too busy in AnE... somehow dunno how to smile at my poor patients. I promise, I will do it more often, till I can smile whenever I'm working, hope I look nicer and more handsome or even more charming when i smile rite? ha ha ha ha

CNY, dun have relatives here... so Ang Bao??? Dun have much leh... but when age increased... Dun really looking forwards that.

I just wish that my grandparents will still become healthy and my mum and dad's health will be good as well. CNY working working working... that's how a Nurse spend his CNY... Nothing much interesting..

Went to see new car, as COE remain at 8K, but think about it... do i really need a car? not really, so what's the point spending a few hundred to a thousand per month? Ha Ha, and by getting a car, my dad will 100% for sure angry about it... especially he's reaching his retired age. He will need me to support the family. That's y I need to have saving $$$$$$$ to support them.
So, conclusion... I can't afford to have a car...

Ever since my Ex and my DEAR darling GTTI left me, somehow I learned how to have spare cash and can think of some investment... So Dun buy car is good ba...

on the 18th, I need to collect my PINK IC~~~!!! I becoming Singaporean~~!!! hmmmm

Last week, went to acid bar with my senior Jasmine, thanks for bringing me out and enjoy night life.. somehow understand y my ex left me. ha ha ha, cos is kinda fun spending $$$ drinking and having fun with frens, perhaps im just too bored ba..
need to have a change again.. but leh... drinking is like wasting $$$ think I'd stick with my Cheap Cheap red wine and drink it at home.

Work life.... AGAIN... Will be doing night shift on thursday, friday and saturday.. 1st time doing... guess will have lots of things to update ba? ha ha ha

So, Wednesday, my off day, wat did I do? sleep, watch TV, and found out lot of cute cute stuffs from discovery channel
no wonder last time ah wei always watch this channel and dun sleep at night, is free and can learn many many stuffs. ha ha ha, I know this long ago, but never have the time to sit and watch it...

Went Bugis and meet up with ah Mei, a very nice gal, tall, pretty, sweet and the best is, she wearing long skirt, long time didnt see gal who like to wear long skirt, look so nice, I rem my relative in HK, she used to be my tuition teacher, long hair, slim, sweet looking, fair and always with her plain long dress... somehow I get affected and think this is the type of gal I wanna marry with, ha ha ha

Anyway, this is our 1st meet up, went to have coffee, walk around and had dinner. seems pretty interesting... hopefully she never get scared by my WOLF face, ha ha ha

A shop located at SB Tower, Thanks to Vivian, she intro this shop to me, kinda cheap and nice, taste good. Anyway Vivian is going Oversea to work with her bf, I wish her all the best, good luck to her. Will pray for her.
